IMPORTANT CHANGES TO SURETY BONDS
Please note that on October 3, 2022, the GNWT will be implementing a new form of Bid Bond, Performance Bond, and Labour and Material Bond requirement. These bonds will become the only acceptable bond format for procurements issued on or after October 3, 2022, that require bid or contract security.
