Open another mailbox in Outlook for the web
Search Resources for Evacuated GNWT Employees
If you have access to a shared account or are delegated access to someone’s email and calendar, below are instructions on how to open that account when in Outlook for the web.
- Open a web browser and go to mail.gov.nt.ca
- Enter your GNWT username and password.
- Click Sign in. Your mailbox displays.
- Left-click the icon of the person in the top right corner.
- In the pop-up menu, click Open another mailbox…
- Begin typing the name of the account or email address you want to add.
- Select the account you want to add.
- Click Open.
- The name of the account now displays in a new tab in your browser.
