Section: 3104 Collection through the Canada Customs and Revenue Agency Refund Set-Off Program

The policy has been reformatted and realigned for consistency with FAM layout (FAM 1040)
and existing government structures including the following changes:

• Definitions have been incorporated into the more general FAM 3102;
• A policy statement has been included to reflect the general intent and scope;
Procedural and redundant directives have been revised or removed; and,
• Health Boards have been added in the same priority as Aurora College debts
for collections purposes.

Approval of this Policy is within the scope of powers and duties entrusted to the Comptroller
General in accordance with section 12(2) of the Financial Administration Act and FAM Policy
1042, Directive 4.4.
