Section: 1808 Credit Card and Charge Account Expenses

This Policy was amended to provide consistency with FAM 3304, Local Contract Authority (LCA) when the LCA is used as a “Not for Payment” purchase order document and the Corporate Purchase Credit Card is being used to make the payment.

Approval of this Policy is within the scope of powers and duties entrusted to the
Comptroller General in accordance with Section 12(2) of the Financial Administration Act and FAM Policy 1042, Directive 4.4.
