Section: 3401 Contract Registry and Reporting System

This policy was revised under “Scope” to be consistent with the Business Incentive Policy (BIP) [Policy 63.02] new inclusion of all Boards of Management established by the Northwest Territories Hospital Insurance and Health and Social Services Administration Act, and all “educational bodies” under the Education Act (see 63.02 Schedule 1).

Responsibility of the Contract Registry and Reporting System remains with the BIP Monitoring Office, Department of Industry, Tourism and Investment; however, approval of this Policy is within the scope of powers and duties entrusted to the Comptroller General in accordance with section 12(2) of the Financial Administration Act and FAM Policy 1042, Directive 4.4.
