Changes to the definitions for “construction”, “goods” and “services” were made to be consistent with the definitions for these terms in the Business Incentive Policy 63.02 (Sept. 2010). This revision does not necessarily require formal approval from the Comptroller General.
Approval of this Policy is within the scope of powers and duties entrusted to the
Comptroller General in accordance with Section 12(2) of the Financial Administration Act and FAM Policy 1042, Directive 4.4.
