This Policy has been revised to align and be consistent with FAMs 1803, 1813, 1831 and 2116
in the control and processing of financial information in System for Accountability and
Management. Definitions have been included for clarity and relevance and the Policy has been
formatted in accordance with FAM 1040.

Approval of this Policy is within the scope of powers and duties entrusted to the
Comptroller General in accordance with Section 12(2) of the Financial Administration Act and
