Overview
The Systems Implementation Methodology (SIM) is a comprehensive methodology that is to be used for all informations and communications technology (ICT) projects across the GNWT. It is divided into three streams: project gating, project management and the software development life cycle. The SIM is based on the Government of Canada's project governance methodology, as well as the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
