Shared Corporate Services

Reporting to the Deputy Minister of Finance, Shared Corporate Services’ (SCS) mandate is to provide corporate services to the Department of Executive and Indigenous Affairs, and the Department of Finance.

SCS is led by a director who oversees three units: Planning and Budgeting, Policy and Communications, and Financial Operations. The division is focused on providing these service functions in a consistent, professional standard of excellence, while enabling clients to focus on delivering their core programs and services by providing support and services to its clients in the areas of:

  • planning and budgeting;
  • policy and legislative development;
  • records management;
  • access to information and protection of privacy (ATIPP) obligations;
  • communications; and
  • financial management and control.
